बात कुछ साल पुरानी है। रामगंजमंडी की मंडियों में धनिया और लाल मिर्च की महक के बीच बड़े हुए श्री पवन कुमार जी ने एक बात बार-बार महसूस की — बाज़ार में मिलने वाले ज़्यादातर पिसे मसालों में मिलावट, पुराना माल या बेजान रंग होता था। घर की रसोई में जो स्वाद दादी-नानी के हाथ का हुआ करता था, वो कहीं खो सा गया था। यहीं से जन्म हुआ Mr. Sehat Wale का — “सेहत” यानी सेहतमंद और शुद्ध, और “वाले” यानी अपनों जैसा भरोसा। शुरुआत एक छोटी सी चक्की से हुई, जहाँ चुनिंदा खड़े मसाले खुद हाथ से जांचकर खरीदे जाते, साफ किए जाते और छोटी मात्रा में पीसे जाते — ताकि हर पैकेट में ताज़गी बनी रहे। आज Mr. Sehat Wale रामगंजमंडी, कोटा से राजस्थान के कई घरों तक पहुँच चुका है — लेकिन सिद्धांत वही है: ना कोई कृत्रिम रंग, ना मिलावट, बस शुद्ध मसाला और सीधा भरोसा।It started a few years ago. Growing up amid the aroma of coriander and red chilli in the markets of Ramganjmandi, Mr. Pavan Kumar kept noticing one thing — most ground spices sold in the market were adulterated, old stock, or artificially coloured. The flavour that used to come from a grandmother’s hands in the kitchen had somewhere been lost. That’s where Mr. Sehat Wale was born — “Sehat” meaning healthy and pure, and “Wale” meaning trusted like family. It began with one small chakki, where select whole spices were hand-checked, cleaned and ground in small batches — so every packet stayed fresh. Today Mr. Sehat Wale has reached many homes across Rajasthan from Ramganjmandi, Kota — but the principle remains the same: no artificial colour, no adulteration, just pure spice and straightforward trust.

Our work isn’t large, but it’s clean — buying good whole spices, cleaning them properly, grinding in small batches and delivering straight to the customer in sealed food-grade packaging.
