क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत या कम सामानDamaged, wrong or missing items
यदि पार्सल टूटा-फूटा मिले, गलत उत्पाद आए या कोई आइटम कम हो, तो डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के भीतर WhatsApp पर हमें बताएं। कृपया पार्सल खोलते समय का वीडियो या फोटो साथ भेजें। पुष्टि होने पर हम उत्पाद बदलकर भेजते हैं या पूरा पैसा वापस करते हैं।If the parcel arrives damaged, the wrong product is sent, or an item is missing, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Please send a photo or an unboxing video along with it — that settles the matter immediately. Once confirmed, we either replace the product or refund it in full.
खुले हुए पैकOpened packs
खाद्य सुरक्षा के कारण जो पाउच खोला जा चुका है, उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता — सिवाय उस स्थिति के जब उत्पाद में कोई गुणवत्ता संबंधी समस्या हो। ऐसी शिकायत पर हम पहले आपसे बात करते हैं और उचित समाधान करते हैं।For food-safety reasons a pouch that has already been opened cannot be taken back — unless there is a genuine quality problem with the product. In that case we speak with you first and settle it fairly.
ऑर्डर रद्द करनाCancellation
डिस्पैच से पहले ऑर्डर रद्द किया जा सकता है और पूरी राशि वापस कर दी जाती है। डिस्पैच हो जाने के बाद ऑर्डर रद्द नहीं होता।An order can be cancelled any time before dispatch and the full amount is returned. Once the parcel has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
रिफंड कैसे मिलता हैHow refunds are paid
रिफंड उसी UPI ID या बैंक खाते में भेजा जाता है जिससे भुगतान किया गया था। मंजूरी के बाद सामान्यतः 5–7 कार्य-दिवस में राशि आपके खाते में पहुँच जाती है।Refunds are sent back to the same UPI ID or bank account the payment came from. After approval the amount normally reaches your account within 5–7 working days.
