ऑर्डर कैसे करें?How do I place an order?
उत्पाद पेज पर से साइज़ चुनकर कार्ट में जोड़ें और कार्ट से WhatsApp पर ऑर्डर भेजें, या सीधे WhatsApp पर अपनी ज़रूरत बताएं। हम कन्फर्म करके पैकिंग शुरू कर देते हैं।Pick a size on the Products page, add it to your cart and send the order on WhatsApp from the cart — or just message us and tell us what you need. We confirm and start packing right away.
भुगतान के क्या विकल्प हैं?What are the payment options?
किसी भी UPI ऐप से (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), राशि सहित UPI QR कोड से, या सीधे बैंक खाते में NEFT/IMPS/RTGS से। तीनों विकल्प पेमेंट पेज पर हैं।UPI through any app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), a UPI QR code with the amount already in it, or a direct bank transfer by NEFT, IMPS or RTGS. All three are on the Payment page.
डिलीवरी में कितना समय लगता है?How long does delivery take?
भुगतान कन्फर्म होने के लगभग दो कार्य-दिवस में डिस्पैच, और उसके बाद अधिकांश जगह तीन से सात कार्य-दिवस में डिलीवरी। अपने इलाके के लिए WhatsApp पर पूछ लें।Orders are dispatched within about two working days of a confirmed payment, and most locations receive delivery three to seven working days after that. Ask us on WhatsApp for your area.
क्या थोक (Bulk) ऑर्डर मिलता है?Is bulk ordering available?
हाँ। रिटेल पैक के अलावा सभी मसाले थोक मात्रा में अलग दरों पर उपलब्ध हैं। संपर्क पेज का कोटेशन फॉर्म भरें या सीधे कॉल करें।Yes. Besides retail packs, all our spices are available in bulk quantities at separate rates. Use the quotation form on the Contact page, or call us directly.
मसालों में कोई मिलावट या कृत्रिम रंग तो नहीं?Are the spices adulterated or artificially coloured?
नहीं। सभी मसाले चुनिंदा खड़े मसालों से, बिना किसी कृत्रिम रंग या मिलावट के बनाए जाते हैं। यूनिट FSSAI रजिस्टर्ड है और हर बैच हाथ से जांचा जाता है।No. Everything is made from hand-picked whole spices with no artificial colour and no adulteration. The unit is FSSAI registered and every batch is hand-checked.
अलग-अलग पैकेट में रंग हल्का अलग क्यों लगता है?Why does the colour vary slightly between packs?
क्योंकि रंग एक-सा दिखाने के लिए कुछ मिलाया नहीं जाता। फसल, मौसम और बैच से शेड थोड़ा बदलता है — यही अंतर इस बात का सबूत है कि इसमें रंग नहीं मिला।Because nothing is added to standardise it. Crop, season and batch change the shade a little — that variation is the proof there is no dye in it.
अगर पैकेट में कोई समस्या मिले तो क्या करें?What if there is a problem with my packet?
डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के भीतर WhatsApp पर फोटो सहित बताएं। गलती हमारी हुई तो हम उत्पाद बदलकर भेजते हैं या पूरा पैसा वापस करते हैं।Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If the fault is ours we replace the product or refund it in full.
