ऑर्डर कैसे कन्फर्म होता हैHow an order is confirmed
ऑर्डर WhatsApp पर या फ़ोन पर लिया जाता है। राशि की पुष्टि के बाद UPI या बैंक ट्रांसफर से भुगतान करें और स्क्रीनशॉट WhatsApp पर भेजें। भुगतान मिलान होते ही ऑर्डर कन्फर्म हो जाता है।Orders are taken on WhatsApp or by phone. Once the amount is confirmed, pay by UPI or bank transfer and send the screenshot on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed as soon as we match the payment.
डिस्पैच का समयDispatch time
भुगतान कन्फर्म होने के बाद सामान्यतः 2 कार्य-दिवस के भीतर माल पैक करके डिस्पैच कर दिया जाता है। मसाले ऑर्डर मिलने पर ताजा पीसे जाते हैं, इसलिए कभी-कभी एक दिन अतिरिक्त लग सकता है — ऐसी स्थिति में हम आपको WhatsApp पर पहले ही बता देते हैं।Goods are normally packed and dispatched within 2 working days of a confirmed payment. Because spices are ground fresh against your order, it can occasionally take an extra day — in that case we tell you on WhatsApp beforehand.
डिलीवरी में लगने वाला समयDelivery time
डिस्पैच के बाद अधिकांश जगह 3–7 कार्य-दिवस में डिलीवरी हो जाती है। दूरदराज़ के इलाकों, त्योहारों और मौसम की वजह से इसमें अंतर आ सकता है। कूरियर का ट्रैकिंग नंबर डिस्पैच होते ही WhatsApp पर भेज दिया जाता है।After dispatch, most locations receive delivery in 3–7 working days. Remote areas, festival periods and weather can change this. The courier tracking number is sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves.
शिपिंग शुल्कShipping charges
शिपिंग शुल्क वजन और डिलीवरी पते पर निर्भर करता है और ऑर्डर कन्फर्म करते समय आपको साफ-साफ बता दिया जाता है। थोक ऑर्डर पर शुल्क अलग से तय होता है।Shipping charges depend on weight and delivery address, and are told to you clearly at the time of confirming the order. Charges on bulk orders are agreed separately.
पैकिंगPacking
हर उत्पाद फूड-ग्रेड ज़िप लॉक स्टैंड-अप पाउच में सील करके भेजा जाता है, और पूरे ऑर्डर को कूरियर के लिए अलग से पैक किया जाता है ताकि रास्ते में नमी या टूट-फूट न हो।Every product is sealed in a food-grade zip-lock stand-up pouch, and the whole order is packed again for the courier so that moisture or damage does not reach it in transit.
