साइट पर दी गई कीमतें भारतीय रुपये में हैं और बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदल सकती हैं, क्योंकि कच्चे मसाले का भाव मंडी के अनुसार घटता-बढ़ता रहता है। आपके ऑर्डर पर वही भाव लागू होगा जो WhatsApp पर कन्फर्म किया गया है। शिपिंग शुल्क अलग से लगता है।Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees and can change without notice, because raw spice rates move with the mandi. The rate that applies to your order is the one confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Shipping is charged separately.
ऑर्डर एवं भुगतानOrders and payment
ऑर्डर तभी स्वीकृत माना जाता है जब हम उसे WhatsApp या फ़ोन पर कन्फर्म कर दें। भुगतान UPI या बैंक ट्रांसफर से अग्रिम लिया जाता है। स्टॉक न होने या कीमत में बड़ी गड़बड़ी होने पर हम ऑर्डर अस्वीकार कर सकते हैं — ऐसी स्थिति में पूरी राशि वापस कर दी जाती है।An order counts as accepted only once we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone. Payment is taken in advance by UPI or bank transfer. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or if a price was clearly wrong — in that case the full amount is returned.

ये प्राकृतिक कृषि उत्पाद हैं। फसल, मौसम और बैच के अनुसार रंग, तीखेपन और खुशबू में हल्का अंतर आना स्वाभाविक है — यह किसी दोष का संकेत नहीं है। हम कोई कृत्रिम रंग या मिलावट नहीं मिलाते।These are natural agricultural products. Slight variation in colour, pungency and aroma between crops, seasons and batches is normal and is not a defect. We add no artificial colour and no adulterants.
